About Corry Frazier and Melissa Pepin

Corry transitioned from a rewarding career in education to entrepreneurship when she opened a photography business on the stunning island of Oahu, Hawaii. Over the past 15 years, she has successfully run a senior and branding photography studio, focusing on educating and coaching creative entrepreneurs on how to grow and scale their businesses. Corry holds a bachelor’s degree in education from The University of South Carolina, a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from Lesley University, and a certification in Design Thinking from the Henry Ford Learning Institute. As a military spouse for over 30 years, she has adeptly navigated the challenges of building and rebuilding her business while embracing motherhood and the unique demands of military life. She now resides on the picturesque coast of North Carolina, where she enjoys the beach and all it has to offer.

Melissa dedicated 17 years to investing in couples, families, and businesses through her photography company. She also led and spoke at conferences and retreats for female entrepreneurs, empowering them to lead with confidence and joy. With a degree in communications from The University of Georgia, she began her entrepreneurial journey while in college, honing her skills in building lasting client relationships. Melissa is known for her ability to create engaging client experiences that foster loyalty and connection. She currently lives in north Georgia, where she proudly supports her beloved Georgia Bulldogs.

Corry and Melissa’s journeys intertwined at various points before they finally connected through a mutual venture. Through months of meaningful conversations, they discovered a shared dream: to help entrepreneurs build profitable, sustainable businesses. They advocate for the concept of rebooting rather than rebuilding, believing that entrepreneurs don’t need to start over from scratch when challenges arise. Instead, they focus on identifying and repairing broken aspects of a business, setting it up to thrive regardless of external challenges. Together, they provide small businesses with frameworks to diversify offers, generate more revenue, and create a lasting impact in their communities.
